Welcome to DecorAI, the AI interior design app published by Rocket Digital Limited. These Terms of Service are the agreement between you and us when you download the app or use https://www.redesignhome.app. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the AI interior design app — and we'll miss you.
1. Your DecorAI AI interior design account
You need an account to use the AI room design generator in DecorAI. You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU/UK) and provide accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your login, so pick a strong password and keep it private.
2. What the DecorAI AI interior design app provides
DecorAI provides software that uses AI models to produce decorative redesigns of rooms you photograph. It is a creative tool, not a licensed architect, contractor, or interior designer. AI room design renders are illustrative and do not constitute construction, structural, electrical, or plumbing advice.
3. Your photos uploaded to the AI room design generator
You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading, you grant Rocket Digital Limited a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process those photos solely to deliver the AI interior design service, store your renders in your account, and, if you opt in, improve the quality of the AI room design models.
4. AI interior design output and ownership
You own the AI room design renders you create with DecorAI, subject to these Terms and to the underlying third-party model licences. You agree not to use the renders to mislead anyone (for example, by presenting an AI render as an actual photograph of a real-world listing).
5. Acceptable use of the AI interior design app
- No uploading of photos that contain illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
- No attempts to reverse-engineer the AI interior design pipeline.
- No automated scraping of DecorAI services or the AI room design outputs.
- No reselling or sublicensing of the app, your account, or your credits.
6. Subscriptions, the free AI design generator tier, and billing
DecorAI offers a free tier with a daily allowance of AI room design renders, and optional Pro subscriptions that unlock unlimited AI decoration renders, higher resolution, and priority generation.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.
- Cancellation is handled in your Apple ID or Google Play account.
- Refunds follow Apple and Google policies; we may, at our discretion, grant goodwill refunds for technical failures.
- RevenueCat manages subscription state on our behalf.
7. Advertising inside the AI home decorating app
Free-tier users of the AI home decorating app may see ads served by Google AdMob. Pro subscribers see no ads. Ads are not endorsements, and we are not responsible for third-party advertisers' products or services.
8. Third-party services behind the AI room design generator
The DecorAI AI interior design app uses RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Vercel Analytics. Your use of the app is also subject to those providers' terms; we've listed them in the Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual property of the AI interior designer engine
The DecorAI name, logo, app design, and AI room design engine are owned by Rocket Digital Limited. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of our trademarks or source code without written permission.
10. Disclaimers about the AI interior design renders
The AI interior design app is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the AI room design generator available and accurate, but we don't guarantee specific aesthetic outcomes, that a particular renovation will be feasible, or that the app will be uninterrupted. Any renovation decisions are yours alone.
11. Limitation of liability for the AI decoration app
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any lost profits, lost decor budget, or lost goodwill arising out of use of the AI interior design app. Our total liability in any 12-month period will not exceed the amount you paid us in that period.
12. Termination of your AI interior design account
You can stop using DecorAI any time and delete your account from the app's Settings. We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where reasonable.
13. Governing law for the AI interior design service
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Disputes will be resolved in the Hong Kong courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights in your home jurisdiction.
14. Changes to these AI interior design app terms
When we change these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for meaningful changes, notify you inside the app. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
